Perry Garvin Drawings

The drawings in this series present examples of grouped rooms at the Copfer Dam Complex. It’s believed that rooms at the Complex were ordered in ways to facilitate efficient movement between stations while offering multiple choke points for control during emergencies. The uses of each room or grouping of rooms are unknown.
