Perry Garvin Drawings

The drawings in this series describe various proposals for the foreman’s housing at the Copfer Dam Complex. The foreman’s responsibilities would have included traditional functions like operations planning and organizing labor but, unusually, may have extended into landscape design and basic cultural programming per the Complex’s supposed mandate to elevate nearby community standards of living.
